Complaints and consumer disputes
Complaints. You can make a complaint in writing by e-mail (birkas.levente@levotech.pro) or by post (2870 Kisbér, Szent Imre utca 52/E, Hungary), or orally by telephone (+36 30 846 5762). If an oral complaint cannot be remedied immediately, we take a record of it. We reply to a written complaint in writing and on the merits within 30 days of its receipt; if we reject it, we give reasons. We keep the complaint, the record and the reply for 3 years (section 17/A of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, a fogyasztóvédelemről szóló 1997. évi CLV. törvény, "Fgytv.").
Conciliation board. If, as a consumer, you cannot settle your complaint with us directly, you may turn to the conciliation board competent for your home address or place of residence, or you may name another conciliation board in your application (Fgytv. section 20).
