After the spec and draft contract, you have 72 hours to sign. That holds the slot. A deposit is not required. If signing does not happen, the slot goes to the next person on the waitlist. If we agree a deposit at all, it is set in the contract, at most 30% of the build fee.

The monthly fee covers server and database supervision, domain and SSL, uptime monitoring, 2 dedicated engineering hours per month, and a 24-hour response on critical faults.

Inside the fixed price

Outside the cap. There is a path.
- Months of change rounds and status meetings. The cap belongs to a closed list.
- A custom pricing engine and complex business logic, if there is no clear, buildable spec.
If the rules are well documented and we can build them efficiently, we check whether they fit. Whatever sits outside the cap still gets a custom quote. We do not turn a project away just because it is not an Árstop package.

Views, integration, and deadline sit in the package. We do not invent extra rounds later.
Extras go separately
If the process grows, it is written as a separate quote. The cap does not slide.
No hourly drift
The build fee maximum is on the page. The invoice does not grow week by week.
The days belong to the package
Website 20, web app 60, mobile app 90 working days: an indicative range. The final deadline and any consequences of delay are set in the individual contract.
Terms
Short, plain summary
The legally binding terms sit in the individually signed contract. This page only informs you in advance.
- Commitment period
- When a discounted price applies, the parties may set the duration of operations or the service, and the consequences of ending it early, in the individual contract. The website itself does not create a mandatory commitment period or an automatic difference payment.
- Intellectual property
- Ownership and use of source code created for the individual project, and of delivered results, are settled in the individual contract, typically after the fee is paid in full and after handover. The website does not prescribe an automatic, timed transfer of rights (for example “after 12 months”).
- Deadline and operations
- The deadline and any consequences of delay are set in the individual contract. General, ongoing operations or “free operations” do not come from the website alone. Such a concession is valid only if the individual contract expressly includes it (duration, scope, what it covers / what it does not).
