Privacy notice
This notice covers personal data submitted via the project calculator and contact form on this website, under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Hungarian Privacy Act (Act CXII of 2011).

Controller

Data processed
Data submitted through the contact and project calculator form: name, email address, optional company name, free-text message, and the selections made in the calculator (project type, modules, timeline, response to the estimated price range). A timestamp and IP address are also recorded when a message is sent, solely to protect against abuse such as automated mass submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to answer the enquiry and prepare the requested quote or project assessment. Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). If the enquiry results in a contract, the related accounting and tax obligations are processed under the legal basis of compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), based on the Hungarian Accounting Act No. C of 2000). Technical abuse-prevention logging is based on the controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Processors
The controller uses the following processors. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States): delivering form data by email. Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States): website hosting, technical logging, and aggregated traffic measurement via Vercel Analytics. Both providers act solely as processors on the controller's instructions and do not use the data for their own purposes.
International data transfers
Resend and Vercel operate in the United States, so the data they process may also be processed in the US. The lawfulness of this transfer does not rest on a separately signed paper of ours. It rests on these providers' publicly available mechanisms: a data processing addendum (DPA), the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where the provider holds it, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
If the enquiry does not result in a contract, data is kept for up to 12 months from the last response, then deleted. If a contract is concluded, invoicing and contract-related data is kept for 8 years under the Hungarian Accounting Act. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Data security
Data is transmitted and stored over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. The website runs on Vercel's infrastructure and email is delivered via Resend; both providers apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including access restrictions, encryption, and logging. The controller and the processors named above can access the data. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing or exercise the right to data portability. Send requests to birkas.levente@levotech.pro. Requests are handled without undue delay and within one month of receipt at the latest; this period may be extended by a further two months where necessary, in which case you will be informed before the initial deadline expires.
Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, Hungary. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement: page views, referrer, country, device and browser type. It does not set a cookie for this, there is no marketing or advertising tracking, and names or email addresses are not sent to analytics. Vercel counts visitors with a hash derived from the incoming request, discarded after 24 hours. There is no cross-site or multi-day tracking. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in measuring how the website is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The language is in the URL (/hu, /en). next-intl may set a strictly necessary functional cookie to remember the language preference. Consent is not required for these.
