This notice covers personal data submitted via the project estimator / contact form on this website.
Controller
The controller is the sole proprietor listed in the legal notice (under the LevoTech brand). Contact: birkas.levente@levotech.pro.
Data processed
Name, email, optional company name, message, and estimator inputs (project type, modules, timeline, budget range).
Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: contact, preparing a quote, and responding to enquiries. Legal basis: consent and/or steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and/or (b)).
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, up to 24 months, unless a contract or law requires longer.
Processors / sharing
Form data is forwarded by email (e.g. Resend or similar). We do not sell data for marketing.
Your rights
