Cookie notice
This English version is provided for information; in case of discrepancy the Hungarian version prevails.
Version: v1.3
Effective from: 26 October 2026
This notice describes what data the levotech.pro website stores on, or reads from, the visitor's device (browser). Operator: Birkás Levente, sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó) (LevoTech), 2870 Kisbér, Szent Imre utca 52/E, Hungary, birkas.levente@levotech.pro.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places in the browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) serves a similar purpose. Under section 155(4) of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications (az elektronikus hírközlésről szóló 2003. évi C. törvény), storing or reading such data requires the user's informed consent, unless the storage is strictly necessary for providing a service explicitly requested by the user.
Which cookies does the website use?
The website uses only solutions that are strictly necessary for its operation. These do not require consent, so the website does not display a cookie consent window.
| Name | Kind | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | cookie | levotech.pro (first party) | remembering the selected language (Hungarian or English) | until the browser is closed |
Apart from this, the website does not store any data on the visitor's device that is not strictly necessary for its operation: it uses no other cookie and no localStorage or sessionStorage.
Campaign parameters (UTM)
If the visitor arrives from a campaign link (for example with a utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign parameter), the website keeps these parameters only in the memory of the browser tab for the duration of the visit and does not store them on the device. The data are lost on a full reload or when the tab is closed. If the visitor submits the quote request form, the parameters arrive together with the quote request and are kept for the same period, 12 months (Privacy notice, section 2.1).
Audience measurement
The website measures traffic with the Vercel Web Analytics service. The measurement does not place or read cookies; it counts visitors on the basis of a hash derived from the incoming request and discarded after 24 hours, and provides only aggregated statistics. Details: Privacy notice, section 2.6.
What the website does not use
There is no advertising, remarketing or social media tracking code on the website, and no Google Analytics. The website loads its fonts from its own server, so the visitor's browser does not connect to the Google Fonts service.
How can cookies be deleted?
Cookies and data stored in the browser can be deleted or blocked at any time in the browser settings (typically: Settings, Privacy, Clear browsing data). If the NEXT_LOCALE cookie is blocked, the website remains usable; the language is taken from the URL (/hu, /en).
Changes
If in the future the website uses a cookie or tracking code that is not strictly necessary (for example advertising measurement), it will do so only with the visitor's prior consent, and will update this notice beforehand.
